Dan was the General Counsel for the New York State Police Chief’s Benevolent Association, Inc & the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 154.
Dan was a Partner in the firm Aarons & Pagano LLP.
He is a former counsel for the New York State Senate, advising several State Senators as well as being counsel for various committees.
He is a former Assistant County Attorney for Westchester County wherein he represented various agencies including the Department of Social Services.
He is a former Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Peekskill, wherein he served as the City Court Prosecutor and advised the Planning Board as to site plan approvals.
Dan also worked for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) and the New York Power Authority, in their litigation bureaus overseeing numerous personal injury, trademark and employment issues.
Dan was also a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney. There he prosecuted numerous criminal matters working with the FBI.
